The ingredients needed to make Pav bhaji :
- Take 3 of big size boiled potatoes.
- Get 3 of tomatoes.
- Prepare 2 of capsicum.
- Take 100 gm of califlower.
- Use 1 cup of green peas.
- Use 2 of big size onion.
- Prepare 2 tsp of ginger and garlic paste.
- You need 2 tbsp of butter + 1 tbs oil.
- Prepare 1 tsp of kashmiri red chilli powder.
- Get 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
- Use 1/2 tsp of dry mango powder.
- Take 1 tbs of pavbhaji masala.
- You need 1 tsp of lemon juice.
- You need of Pav.
- You need of Chopped onion.and lemon slice for garnishing.
Steps to make Pav bhaji :
- Boiled all veggies (potato, califlower, 1 capsicum, peas,tomato,onion)
- Then mash the veggie with the help of masher
- Now heat a pan add oil and 1 tbs butter then add chopped capsicum, ginger and garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes
- Then add all masala cook for a minute, now add all boiled veggie and mix it well, mash again with the masher add water if require
- Cook for 7-8 min
- Lastly add lemon juice and butter
- Serve with rosted pav, onion, lemon slice
